In the Community
Literacy and learning do not stand alone. They involve the whole community. Literacy for Life provides programs and supports that build skills and strategies for all community members.
To create a healthy community we must be a literate community. Our programs build on the strengths of families and individuals. They provide early intervention strategies and work within the reality of everyday life. Most of our programs are offered in partnership with other community agencies and community members and are free or low-cost. Donations are gratefully accepted. Literacy for Life is a registered charity and a tax receipt will be issued.
