Why should I become a member of
Literacy for Life Foundation?

• Help individuals and families in the Municipal District of Foothills #31 meet their literacy potential
• Each membership shows funders and partners that we are a strong, community based organization. This lends weight to funding requests and creates a stronger voice when promoting programs that support literacy.
• Membership allows an individual the right to vote in the Annual General Meeting.
  • Provides each individual a voice in the policy and laws of the organization.
  • Provides each individual a voice in who governs the organization.

Presently a member:

• Can receive a 10% discount off the retail price at Highwood Book Store in High River upon prove of membership. (keep receipt)
• Can access appropriate workshops and training hosted by Literacy for Life Foundation.

Literacy for Life Foundation is looking for other ways to recognize their membership's support - when developed all members will be notified.
